Popped in for coffee and cake this morning and was not disappointed. Delicious cake and a huge cappuccino for a very reasonable price. Lovely setting and welcoming service, thank you! Will definitely be back

I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic carvery at the Red Lion in Dunston this Sunday, and it was truly top-notch! The beef was absolutely the best I've had—cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavour. The variety and quality of the carvery were excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious, hearty meal. I'll definitely be back!

A lovely welcome, an excellent team and awesome food. Just need to consider the needs of gluten free customers. An area which was a frustration considering the team were told about on booking.
